By visiting and purchasing from Ulla's Opulent Glow 
(uog24.co.in), you agree to the following terms:

1. All products are handmade in small batches. 
   Slight variations in colour, shape, and size are 
   natural and not considered defects.

2. All sales are final. We do not accept returns 
   or offer refunds.

3. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and subject 
   to change without notice.

4. Shipping charges are applicable and will be 
   communicated to the customer before dispatch. 
   The final order will be confirmed only after 
   the customer agrees to the shipping charges.

5. Ulla's Opulent Glow will not be responsible 
   for any damage, loss, or delay caused to 
   products during transit. Once the order is 
   handed over for shipping, it is beyond our 
   control.

   cancel any order at its discretion.

8. Skin Advisory: Each Ulla's Opulent Glow soap 
   is carefully handcrafted in small batches. 
   A patch test is strongly recommended before 
   first use. If redness, itching, irritation or burning
   occurs, discontinue use immediately. Individual 
   skin reactions may vary.
